El próximo 13 de junio de 2026 de 9:00 a 14:00 celebrarmos el próximo IMA Spain Annual Training Day (ATD) en el Hotel Hilton Barcelona y contar con tu presencia será como pronerle el broche de oro a todo el trabajo que hay detrás de la organización de este encuentro.
Nos hace epecial ilusión contar con la colaboración de nuestro recién estrenado Business Partner, Le Monnier & Co, de la mano de su mánager, Fernando Le Monnier. Gracias a su implicación con nuestra Asociación y los objetivos que nos mueven, podremos disfrutar de un programa durante la mañana que creemos será de mucha utilidad y también nos servirá de inspiración.
¿Qué haremos?
1. Tendremos la ocación de conocer de primera mano el Hotel Hilton Barcelona (Avenida Diagonal 589, 08014 Barcelona) que serán nuestros anfitriones durante todo el día.
2. Tendremos ocasión de hacer networking con Business Partners y / o entidades invitadas al evento, así como saber más sobre nuestro colaborador principal en esta ocasión, Le Monnier & Co.
3. Disfrutaremos de una sesión de coaching / workshop sobre Bienestar y Salud Mental gracias a la agencia Proyecta Coaching con Domènech Romeva.
4. Colaboraremos en el desarrollo de una actividad juntos en conmemoración del Centenario del fallecimiento de Gaudí, en la que penssamos que sobre todo vamos a disfrutar mucho. Si eres una persona creativa y te van los retos, ¡este es tu momento!
✨Este año, el evento estará 100% subvencionado por IMA Spain y las empresas colaboradoras, con lo que tanto la participación como los servicios de catering (coffee break y comida) no tendrán coste para los participantes: un gran incentivo sin duda.

Missverständnisse, unterschiedliche Erwartungen, Zeitdruck: Konflikte entstehen oft schneller als gedacht – gerade dort, wo viele Interessen aufeinandertreffen.
Im Assistenzalltag ist das kein Ausnahmefall, sondern Teil des „Spielfelds“, auf dem täglich agiert wird.
In diesem Impulsvortrag zeigt Jessica Sanchez, wie sich Konflikte frühzeitig erkennen, souverän ansprechen und lösungsorientiert bearbeiten lassen – mit konkreten Beispielen und Impulsen, die sich direkt in die Praxis übertragen lassen.

IMA Summer School: Agentathon Der Einstieg in die Welt der Copilot Agents
Während viele schon im Sommermodus sind, nutzen wir den Abend für einen Blick auf das, was den Arbeitsalltag gerade verändert: KI-Agenten und digitale Helfer, die wirklich entlasten können.
Assistenz bedeutet koordinieren, organisieren, mitdenken und oft viele Themen gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten. Wie wäre es, wenn dabei digitale Helfer unterstützen, die genau zu den eigenen Aufgaben und Abläufen passen?
In diesem interaktiven Summer-School-Format zeigt Katja Beckmeyer von thinkworks einen einfachen und greifbaren Einstieg in die Welt der Copilot Agents. Gemeinsam wird betrachtet, wann sie wirklich hilfreich sind – und wo der klassische Copilot Chat an seine Grenzen stößt.
Außerdem lernen die Teilnehmenden Microsoft Agents wie Researcher, Analyst oder Prompt Coach kennen, die bei Recherche, Analyse, Strukturierung oder Kommunikation unterstützen können.

Es wird ein eigener Agent erstellt – abgestimmt auf individuelle Aufgaben, Abläufe und Bedarfe. Ganz ohne Technik-Kauderwelsch und ohne Programmierkenntnisse.
